Question PC build is my ram/mobo good enough to OC to 4200mhz? Upgrading from i5-2500

So basically right now i have everything specified in pcpartpicker except for:
Ryzen 5 3600
G.skill TridentZ Royal RGB CL14 2x8GB 3200mhz kit
Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro
Fractal design Meshify C - TGL
MX-4 thermal paste

And i have a few questions:
Will this Setup run smooth at 1080p144Hz?
Is the motherboard good enough, i have no other choice in my country.
Is the ram good and will it OC to 4000mhz because ive seen that bf5 can get a nice boost out of 4k mhz rams. The ram is Samsung b-die cl14
And will i be able to stream games like gta5 / dayz / csgo / pubg with no stuttering?
What temps should i expect from a Wraith stealth stock cooler?
I havent changed thermal paste on my 980Ti for 3.5years and will the MX-4 work good for it?

The 5 parts will be arriving in the next 2-3days.

I will also be upgrading to an m.2 nvme drive / RTX 2080 Super and will wait for Ryzen 4th generation cpus then ill just switch from 3600.

Current cpu and ram is i5-2500 and 2x4gb 1333mhz hynix ram (runs only 1066mhz). Is this a solid build. Thank you.
