Boot into BIOS pressing (DELETE) choice advanced menu go to Ai Tweaker tab
Ai Overclock Tuner
Set to XMP. Pop-up will appear “Apply No” & continue.

Change to Manual Mode
CPU override 1.250v
CPU Cache set to Manual Mode

Disable Speed-step Tech
Disable C-States

STEP 6 TOOLS TAB
ASUS Overclock Profile
Save as 4500 and to profile 1
F10 save and boot windows.

Once booted you'll need to of cause run a stress test.which I used Prime95 and also CCleaner Speccy to watch that my cores wasn't overheating as you don't want them to peak into the 90 degrees on any cores.

This was the stress test results after 17 minutes keep a heat ratio of from my system was 65 degrees celsius 149 fahrenheit.
In my opinion it was a very nice and successful overclock.
P.S I did further run a 1 hour test and the results was the same.
Since then I have been on Steam gaming platform playing Payday 2 etc, for a good 3-4 hours with-out any troubles at all.
Boot time is significantly faster and the computer is humming nicely.
Solid Overclock for this CPU on this motherboard.
