Overclocking bottleneck when pushing settings too far?

Hello,

I don't know if this is a problem with the temps (although they're always below 70...) or just overclocking too much, but a few days ago I tested my factory overclock settings of 1936mhz boost, 0% voltage and 110% power target, and my overclock of 1963mhz boost, 0% voltage and 120% voltage. I got a higher score on 3dmark with the factory overclock settings, both tests were done a day apart and were the first tests I did once I booted up. So should I stick with the factory settings or just keep on pushing?
