Hello.

I designed an overclocking build for less than $800 and I'd like some opinions. I'd also like to know if I would bottleneck anything with Minecraft or CS:GO.

Thank you.

Fair enough. Do seriously consider the AMD 380X/FreeSync option though. You won't be sorry, especially with CS:GO or other fast-paced games.
I think you'd get much better overall performance if you rebalanced towards the GPU:

Motherboard: ASRock B150M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($58.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Crucial 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($32.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Sandisk SSD PLUS 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($40.65 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive ($45.95 @ Amazon)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB ACX 2.0+ Video Card ($174.79 @ Newegg)
Case: Cougar Spike MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($33.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($43.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Wireless Network Adapter: Gigabyte GC-WB867D-I PCI-Express x1 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi Adapter ($29.99 @ SuperBiiz)

But 75hz FreeSync would probably give you the best gaming performance overall in this price-range:

Thanks for the advice, but I'm trying to get a computer that can overclock. I don't think the CPU or motherboard can overclock on the build you gave me.

And funnily enough, I do have a saved parts list on PCPartPicker that is suprisingly similar to the first list:
