Overclocking causing black screens while gaming

Ok, so my computer has been acting a bit weird lately. I've been getting black screens while playing league of legends after setting my ram on default speeds (3000mhz). I set my ram to 1.2v and 2800 MHz on an XMP profile from my motherboard. I also overclocked my CPU to a 3.4 GHz overclock at 1.2v as well.

For some reason, cinebench runs stable, but then my league client turns black and flashes for a solid 1 or 2 seconds while playing. It occurs maybe every 20 minutes.
Is this a sign of bad overclocking?

My components are:
CPU: Ryzen 3 1200
RAM: ddr4 corsair lpx vengeance 2x4gb 3000mhz
PSU: evga 450 bronze cert
GPU: evga 1060 3 GB super clocked
Motherboard: MSI b350 tomahawk

I stress test my CPU and it doesn't go over 50 degrees Celsius and is at a constant 3.1Ghz. Is this a problem?

First things first then. I see you set an xmp profile, turn that off as well as your overclock. I personally like to run Intel burn test to do a quick test to check stability. So I would turn off xmp at least, see if your overclock is stable with Intel burn test. If not then you can tweak until it is. After that you can attempt to enable the xmp profile and go from there.

I ran both prime95 and Furmark on stock speeds for my CPU, ram and GPU stability. Nothing has been a problem so far. My GPU is stable at 71c at full load. While my CPU is stable on 50. My ram is fully stable at max load too. All of these tests were at least 15 minutes each.
