Overclocking CPU but not Ram

Okay, so I have auto tuining or what it is called in bios where it automaticlly overclocks your CPU, but the problem is the Ram don't likes the overclock and gives me bluescreen. Any solution. Is there maybe a software where you can overclock only your CPU. Help may be needed.

I doubt that its the ram & going to say that the cpu overclock is unstable, never overclock with software, only in bios.

Depending on your motherboard/cpu, basic overclocking is fairly simple, all you have to do is increase the core multiplier & core voltage.
