Overclocking CPU question

I tend to overclock my Phenom II X4 955 C3. I set only multi x19, and CPU volt to 1.5 (because with smaller BSOD), RAM 1600 9-9-9-24-33 @ 1T, RAM volt 1.6 buti also get BSOD.

My Specs: ASUS M4A79XTD EVO, Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO, RAM (2x2 GSKIL, 1x4 Corsair, same specs, and in dual channel), Seasonic M12ii-620 EVO, Sapphire Radeon R9 380X.

Please HELP!!!

Try dropping your ram speed down to 1333mhz for the 955, with a 2T command rate, keep the same timing for now and see if the BSOD goes away.
