Overclocking DDR4 causes Windows to not recognize all RAM.

I have 64gb DDR4 3600mhz. In Bios, I changed 2133 to 3600mhz. Now in Windows it shows I have only 16gb of ram? Why is the RAM disappearing?

Solution
Most likely some RAM sticks got disabled because the memory controller could only handle a certain amount of RAM sticks at 3600 MHz. Try gradually lowering speeds and see what happens. Everything should get stable at 2666 MHz at least, but higher may be possible, just try it out.

2133 to 3600mhz is a huge jump. Firstly, your ram may not even be capable of doing that, second 3600mhz is getting into a territory where things become rather hard to maintain stability, and third you absolutely do not need that high of ram speed 2600mhz is perf for intel 3000-3200 is perf for amd

3600mhz is the speed of the ram I purchased. Corsair VENGEANCE RGB 16GB DDR4 3600.

Anyways, I'll try reducing the speed
