If i want to overclock my Cpu to higher standard. does it created higher framerate in games and if i do that, do you have to overclock also my memory..?

i have

Maybe some one can explain it to me

Solution
With an unlocked CPU you can just raise the CPU speed by itself.
With a locked CPU when you raise the bus speed BCLK then RAM speed rises also.
You have an unlocked CPU. Yes it will make a difference in everything.

When the CPU Mhz gets higher the RAM also gets higher.
But my RAM have a limited of 2133 Mhz so i can't really overclock it.
Maybe for my next system that i going to buy in a koppel of years.
I can buy higher frequency components.

But i have to sure that overclocking really makes a difference..

If you're raising the BCLK then your RAM will speed up. If you just raise the CPU multiplier which you should be able to do on the K series CPU then just the CPU will speed up.
I will give you couple examples. It's from older systems. But the overclock allows them to still be relvant.
LGA775 QX9650 unlocked CPU In a Dell T3400 workstation.
Q9650 at base clock CPU score 41%
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/8219338
QX9650 @ 4.15GHz OC CPU score 57% which is above average. The RAM timing hasn't changed.
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/3530803
Dell T 3500 X58 workstation with unlocked XeonCPU.
W3690 base clock CPU score 67%
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/4361813
W3680 with OC probably 4.3Ghz ( OC in Windows)CPU score 82%
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/11469193
These are all locked BIOS mother boards with unlocked CPUs. They're all 8-10 years old and still kicking.
The DDR2 RAM in the T3400 is pretty ancient. But the X58 systems had 3 channel DDR3 1333 which can still keep up.

Thank you William for the advice that you have given me, but i am planning for a basic setup because my Gpu is a Ti and is overclock in the factory. and don't know that the life spend of my components will last for the the coming being wen i am going to do that. I can run all Games with a resolution of 3840x2160.. with high settings. The difference between ultra and high is not with the eye possible of the analysing technology. With a FPS of 50/60 ratio with counter drops. I keep my pc as basic like it now is i don't gaine anything from overclocking.

and again thank you my friend, Greats Edwin

Well you asked if overclocking is worth it. It can extend the life of your existing hardware by several years. Some people have built Overclocked Dell T3500 for as little as $130 for a worstation,CPU and overclock. So it can get you in the game for a lot less money. If you don't need it, or just don't want to do it then it's worth nothing.
