Overclocking E6600 with P5N32sli Premium wifi

I am new at overclocking and have the following system...P5N32SLI Premium WIFI, E6600, Mushkin DDR2 533 (3-3-3-9), WD Cavlier 250gig HD, Sapphire X1900XT crossfire, LG GSA22N dvd, stock air cooler

I would like to overclock to 2.9 or 3.0.......any suggestions as to a good stable setting.

The reason why I started this thread was that wusy said u cant use nvidea590 chipset to overclock...why is that...it has all the options as other boards???? or is because it is new and he doesnt know how to overclock it yet????

Can anyone help with my delima???
