Read the stickies in the OC forum:
One on OC'ing C2D's and Q's
An excellent one, though complex, on thermal management - if you are going to OC, you need this
And there's a guide on OC'ing Gigabyte motherboards.

Keep in mind that these are guides, not cookbooks.

its running at 2.66 ghz right now pretty smooth i wanna atleast try to raise it to 3.2, if any1 has a program i can use to give detailed specs on pc performace let me know imwilling to download to dianose it performance.

thanks

Easy..

Restart PC, Press Delete while booting up. You will enter Bios.

Under Advanced BIOS Features

CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E) [Disable]
CPU EIST Function [Disable]

This will disable the speed step. Your CPU will run at 8X at all times. Your picture shows 6X because at idle or low usage the CPU with speed-step enabled drops the multiplier down to save energy.

Under MB Intelligent Tweaker(M.I.T.)

Robust Graphics Booster [Auto]
CPU Clock Ratio [8X]
CPU Host Clock Control [Enabled]
x CPU Host Frequency (Mhz) 400
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz) [100]
C.I.A. 2 [Disabled]
Performance Enhance [Standard]
System Memory Multiplier (SPD) [2.0]
Memory Frequency (Mhz) 800 800
High Speed DRAM DLL Settings [Option 1]
******** System Voltage Optimized ********
System Voltage Control [Manual]
DDR2 OverVoltage Control [Normal]
PCI-E OverVoltage Control [Normal]
FSB OverVoltage Control [Normal]
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control [Normal]
CPU Voltage Control [Manual]
Normal CPU Vcore 1.320V

ESC
F10..Save...Yes

Recheck CPUZ It should read 3200mhz/ 3.2Ghz

I dont see an aftermarket HSF listed. If You dont have one you need one to run OC.

Something like this will work fine for the e6750 @3.2ghz
