Overclocking e7200, 7300 or 7x00

hey i have a e7300 and i read a article on this website about getting a 4ghz cpu for under $120 i just wantd to c how many ppl actually have achieved this or a little less or more and what where ur settings iknow that all processors and setups are not alike but im just looking for a general idea any input helps thanks
