"Overclocking Failed!!!" error message?

I am running my RAM at 1.5V @2133MHz. I don't know what the problem is and i'm suspecting RAM. And my specs are: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/8ZwP7P and Windows is installed on the SSD.

Have you overclocked? That message normally appears when your cpu's overclock is to high, i've gotten it a handful of times. 1.5V for ddr3 ram is standard, shouldn't be a problem there.
