Hey guys i was looking to overclock my pc which is : fx 4350 , gtx 960 , 9gb ram.
My main question is if i overclock it would i get more preform, fps or its not worth it.
Do what you can, but I would not put any more money into that platform unless it can be carried forward to a new build. Graphics, ssd, case would be OK. Ram, cpu, mobo I would not.
Anything extra you can get out of a FX-4350 will be worth it.
What is your motherboard make/model?
You need a better than average one if you will OC.
Also, you will need better than the stock cooler.

geofelt :
Keep your temperatures under control and you are likely OK.
I doubt you can go that high.
It depends on the quality of your chip.
Those with good chips claim 5.0, those with dogs are silent.
All chips are different.
I really doubt that you can go that high even with one of the best binned FX-4350 chips.
OC a bit and stress test.
If successful, you can up it a notch.
If you reach 60c, that is about your limit.
