Question Overclocking for streaming and gaming

Been having some issues with my stream lagging out due to GPU usage. I did have to change some setting on my Stream labs OBS to make my stream run smoothly.

My question is should I OC my GPU to run better? If so whats a good setting for it cause I am still relatively new to OC.

GPU: Gigabyte 1060 G1 6GB (I am using Gigabyte xtreme gaming engine to OC)
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
Mobo: Gigabyte x370 gaming-k5
RAM: 2x8gb 3000mhz TridentZ DDR4

What is the make and model of your PSU? How is the airflow in your chassis?

You can try.
Graphics card vendors bin their chips and use the better ones in factory overclocked versions
that they can sell for more. You may be able to OC more, but then again, perhaps not.

If you need more graphics performance, consider a higher tier card replacement.
