Question Overclocking from 60hz to 75hz

Hi everyone,
I have one question about my monitor and hope someone can help me here.
I have an ASUS VZ249Q monitor that runs at 60hz by default. I could overclock it to 75hz using the AMD Software and now want to know if it could damage the monitor.
If yes, what is the average lifespan my monitor is going to have after overclocking?
I appreciate any help or advice.
