Overclocking fx 6300

Hello, I have an fx 6300 and I was thinking If overclocking was worth it because I'm not sure how much power will I get and if it will be stable enough. And if its worth the extra power, how much ghz should I achieve

specs are:
Amd FX 6300 with cooler master hyper 212 evo

Gpu: Radeon r7 260x

8 GB ram

Mobo: ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS

Psu: cooler master thunder 600 watts

Every chip is different. What may work for one chip/motherboard may not work for yours.

Hit up one of the guides in this forum. Watch your temps and test everything.
