Overclocking FX 8350 + Crosshair V Formula-Z

I need assistance to overclock my CPU. I´ve read lots of information on the internet and I can´t seem to overclock my cpu to 4.5 Ghz. It always stays at 4.1Ghz, and when I try to overclock or the computer doesnt even start or when it does and i use Primer95 it turns off imediatly.

CPU- AMD FX-8350
Motherboard- ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z
CPU Cooler- Artic Cooling Freezer 13 Pro Co
GPU- Sapphire HD7950 oc vapor-x
SSD- Samsung SSD 840 Pro 256GB SATA III
PSU- Corsair GS-700 2013 Edition (80+ Bronze)

The 8350 will run 4.1 or 4.15 underload ... i got one and i know it... and thats not oc ... its just the trubo mode ...

first thing to do is to update bios ... u can do that on Asus page look for bios updates for your motherboard ..

Then .. u will find something called Turbo Mode in the interface of asus bios ... that automatic oc your cpu and rams .. to like 4.4 or 4.3...

now i want you to run prime in the Turbo Mode from bios interface .... and report temp

If the cpu's temp is too high you may consider to get the better cpu cooler because the Freezer 13 Pro is not the good one.
