Overclocking FX 8350

FX 8350 4.0 GHz
Cooler Master Hyper 212X
Team Elite 1333 8Gb
Powercolor HD 7870 GE
Muscle Power 750W 80+ Bronze

Currently i'm planning to replace 1366x768 old monitor to get 1080p monitor, will that rig good enough?

How much that i can OC my CPU using CM 212X?

Will I get at least 4.5 GHz?

probably you will be able to OC your CPu at CM 212 EVO up to 4.5Ghz, I guess, but you have only one way to find it out, try it! and if the OC is not high enough then it is time for a WC.
7870=270x that is designed for high settings at 1080p

I read some reviews that if 8350 OC to 4.5 it becomes unstable but some people said it stable at 4.4

And the mobo itself is good enough?
