Overclocking fx6100 help

Hey guys i've had this processor for nearly 7 months with a gigabyte 990fxa-ud3 and for some reason i can not get this CPU over 4.1 GHz right now its running 4.1ghz 1.325v and everything stock i've tried ways but i cant overclock it properly and i have hyper 212 evo in push pull cooling it on idle it hovers around 30c and load around 59c
