[SOLVED] Overclocking - GameBoost?

Current Specs:

I9 9900k @ 3.60Ghz
MSI Z390 Meg Ace
Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200Mhz

With my motherboard, it offers a "GameBoost" Overclock thing. I was wondering if this was worth using? Or whether i should overclock in general? If so, would anyone be able to recommend me on where to start / whether the game boost is worth using?

Don't use auto-oc tools.

if it's for games overclocking isn't worth it with that CPU, I mean it's not 10 years old, unless you're trying to run games at 120 frames and 8K res with a multi-gpu configuration you won't get much more performance out of it to play games at 1440 or 1080p
