Overclocking gigabyte gtx 295

i have looked at many forums regarding overclocking this 3d card, i got to core:681 Shader1376 and 1118memory clock this gave it a significant boost in 3d mark vantage but will this overclock cause damage over long term to the card on the standard cooler????? what are some other peoples settings off standard cards???

Keep an eye on the temps (<80C is good), increase fan speed if necessary. Use Furmark to test for stability.

If the temps are right, OC it. Here's my OC
