Question Overclocking Gone Wrong

Hey,
I am new to this Overclocking stuff so last night I overclocked (I think I did it too much) my GPU GT710 2GB and a sudden power cut happened when I booted my pc again it got struck on windows starting and flashed Blue screen of death and Restarted I tried to run on safe mode but it won't run still BSOD I tried to reset my BIOS and the ACHI and IDEA thing it's still there and I tried to remove my GPU and directly connected my VGA cable to Motherboard it still gets stuck please Help ASAP

If you had a power cut, then maybe the spike in Electric ruined your computer. Doesn't mean it was an Overclock you did.
UPS is your friend... I recommend everyone to get one, when not in a stable electric area.
