Long answer short: Unless you need to overclock then you shouldn't. Some games or programs won't even run with an overclocked GPU and if you mess up overclocking your Intel you can just break it. Overclocking is a bit dangerous for someone who isn't familiar with it and you are risking a lot for not much of a performance upgrade.
