Overclocking graphics card

I recently overclocked my gtx 750ti and i turned up the voltage but randomly when I went in skype, my screen turned green and froze. The thing is, a capacitor broke off of my motherboard a couple weeks ago and it was a 5v capacitor but I thought it was for the case usb's which didnt even have the right cable for my motherboard anyway. But was this the capacitor or something else? Also, the computer runs fine now I just reset the clocks back to normal

It might have been just an unstable oc but a cap breaking off is a concern.

I originally was concerned with the cap, but i have tested my system over and over and everything is stable
