So I am going to be pairing of these stock two of these with a GTX 1050
HP Compaq Pro 6300 MT:
  • I5-3470 (stock cooler)
  • HP stock Power supply, 320W, 90% efficient

I am planning on adding a RX 570 Single fan and GTX 960 Dual fan.
I have one PSU that I can use it's a TR2-430W Thermaltake.
I have seen a 1060 work in these so maybe these might work?

DO NOT use the stock HP power supply. 320W is not much, and knowing OEM manufacturers, it probably can't even supply that much. You mentioned a Thermaltake 430W; use that instead.
I am planning on adding a RX 570 Single fan and GTX 960 Dual fan.
You're adding both of those GPUs to a system that already has a GPU? If so, you'll need a more powerful PSU than the Thermaltake 430W. One at a time, the Thermaltake could probably handle it, but I wouldn't risk it with even 2 GPUs.

Oh sorry, my bad. I have three GPU's and three HP's
GTX 1050 (planning to overclock it and single fan)
GTX 960 4GB (no overclock and dual fan)
RX 470 4GB (no overclock and single fan)
I will try to get a second PSU for the two higher end cards.
Each will get their own GPU.
