Each card is different, you gotta find your overclock yourself. Just don't push it too far too fast. Go up in small increments.

I have a zotac gtx 1060 3gb with single fan. With power limit 100% and max temps 83 degrees Celsius, my core clock is OCed to +200 and memory is +500. Running heaven benchmark I an fps improvement of about 15.
