My PC have an 3ghz Intel dual core e5700 processor
2 gb ddr3 RAM
Simmtronnics g41 mobo
250W psu
I dont know anything about OCing,I went to BIOS and just increased the multiplier from 200 to 210 and saved it
Then I clicked on properties and it showed dual core e5700 3ghz 3.30 ghz
Have I overclocked it
And I checked the temperature of Component through HWMonitor and everything looked pretty well and the temperature was the same before OCing
So have I Oced it??

Solution
Yes, but you should run some stress tests to see if its stable/temps are acceptable... I think you will be fine with that small of an OC though.
You can increase the voltage to achieve higher stable overclock speeds but by doing so your temps will rise - you also don't want to increase the volts by a lot (I wouldn't raise it more than ~.075v) - this can cause CPU degradation. You want the volts to be as low as possible while still maintaining stability.
