Overclocking help 8350

Hi all I have an fx 8350 cpu stock running at 4ghz how do I go about overclocking this to maybe 4.4/4.5ghz. I know it has to be done in the bios so here is my motherboard ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0. Also is my cooling enough this is what it is: Cooler Master Hyper 412 slim, I then have two 120mm case fasn that came with the case what at the top back and the front bottom of the case, there is room for two more 120mm fans along the top should I get them before I overclock? Also how do I overclock ???

You over clock by bumping the voltage up and increasing the multiplier for more speed but most importantly do you have a good CPU cooler??? I'd recommend attaching this video before you start over clocking to help you out a lil bit
