Overclocking Help i5 6600K Skylake Unlocked

I tried increasing the multiplier in the bios and ended up just stuck on the Bios splash screen. I finally had to repair from Windows disk back to recommended settings. Any help with known Over Clocking stable settings would be greatly appreciated.

My system...
CPU: Intel Core i5 6600K 3.90 GHz Quad Core Skylake
MB: Gigabyte LGA1151 Intel Z170 ATX DDR4 GA-Z170X-Gaming 3
Memory: HyperX FURY Black 16GB (2x8GB) 2133MHz DDR4
Graphics: ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Turbo Edition 4K & VR Ready Dual HDMI

I'm curious, did you change the voltage on the CPU when you increased the multiplier?
