Overclocking help me plzz !!!!!!!!

can some 1 plzz help me.. i just got an asrock Z77 Pro4-M motherboard, and i want to overclock my i5-2500k. i read the manual , i checked youtube. i know a lil bit about it but i..the only problem is i do not know what settings are to be enabled or disabled..i am totally lost.it has UEFI BIOS , OR i can overclock in windows with AXTU- utility , but id rather do it in bios. her is a link for the motherboard http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.us.asp?Model=Z77 Pro4-M ..and i got an i5-2500k cpu ,unlocked .... viper extreme 8 GB ddr3 - 1866 ram...if somebody could plzz send me a diagram or video or anything to tell me what settings i should keep on / off..voltage , etc etc. i will be extremely thankful. i got athermaltake silent 1156 cpu cooler on it now, not the best but does keep it cool....heres a quick list of what i got .

I am not sure if your cooler is sufficient for OC; I would recommend Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus/Evo or Noctua NH-D14 (please check if it is compatible for your spec and case) or Corsair H80 or H100. Your CPU is a 1155 socket. Please check if these coolers are compatible for your CPU.

I believe it is a new build. Please go to the intel site and purchase an overclocking protection plan. It costs $20 for your CPU. Please read this at Tom's
