Overclocking Help P5N-E SLI + E6300 + Corsair XMS2 PC6400

Could anyone or everyone please help me I have a rig that I have built that is running standard settings everwhere.

I would like to overclock the following system and would like some specifics on what I should be changing in the bios to acheive good stable speeds. Spec as follows

MOBO: P5N-E SLi
Processor: E6300
Fan: Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
Memory: Corsair XMS2 PC6400 800Mhz @ 4-4-4-4-12

Please speak to me like I am an idiot, I am confident with components just never over clocked anything in my life.

It got me started pretty well. Give that a look see and then give some tweaking a shot.

Have you check the asus forums?
I found a guide for my evga 680i on the evga forums. Ready to drool?





These are real numbers.
fsb=1066 o/c to 1600
cpu @ 2.13 o/c to 3.2
Stable.
