Overclocking Help required

I want to over clock my gpu and cpu will it be safe? I have only 1 fan for cooling
My pc specs :-
processor- i3 550 - 3.2 Ghz (4cpu)
motherboard - msi 2a9ch
ram - 6gb
gpu - nvidia geforce 210 1 Gb

Typically you can get about 5-10% in increased performance with 5-10% more heat... this will not help your GPU.

A new GPU is needed first... Your GPU is holding back your Computer from being better.

Yes as said above one of the biggest links to holding back your pc is that gpu card if you can upgrade it.
