Overclocking i5 - 3570k

Hey,
so I recently bought an entire new pc. It runs quite well as it is at the moment but I know it can go quicker. I want to overclock my i5 - 3570k because I know I can. I'm fairly nooby at hardware but I'm a lot better at software, which is why I'm asking for advice. I have a 'Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 45.0 CFM Fluid Dynamic Bearing CPU Cooler' and I've covered the CPU in thermal paste. Also, how would I overclock on my mother board 'Gigabyte GA-B75M-HD3 Micro ATX LGA1155'?

Sorry, but you cannot overclock the CPU on that motherboard. Overclocking of the CPU is limited to the 'Z' chipset boards, in this case either a Z77 or Z75 chipset, as opposed to the B75 chipset you have.
