What can I safely Overclock my CPU to? And what will overclocking really do, can someone name the list of things that I will be improving?

safely around 4.8ghz and in cpu intesive game it can give you any where from 10 more frames up to 20+ fps, example arma 3 gives you 20+ frames, hope this helps

I just raised the multiplier to 4.4 and found the right voltage stable 24/7 one year so far max temp 62 with a 212 evo

Overcloking the 4690k is really not needed unless you are running a sli setup with high end gpus. Your weekest part is not the 4690k just my guess 🙂
