Overclocking i5 6600k for asus z170 pro gaming

I want to know how to overclock my CPU to 4.5ghz on a asus z170 pro gaming motherboard. I have no experience overclocking. Also a good cooler to keep the CPU cool (air cooling if possible) right now i have a cryorig h7.
