Overclocking i5 6600K help?

Hello guys i wanna overclock my i5-6600K
My setup is:
Cooler master hyper evo 212
Evga SSC 970 SSC
Corsair 4 GB 1600hz
Corsair GS500 watt

i was wondering if i can overclock to 4.5
and how so?

It's always a lottery how much overclock you get but i would say anywhere from 4.2ghz to 4.6ghz should be possible but I would replace your PSU as i would not overclock or even own a tier 3 PSU you have. You want a tier 1 especially if you overclock.
