Nobody can tell you what "settings" to put in, as every combination of CPU and motherboard, and even systems with the same motherboard and CPU due to each CPU having it's own characteristics, is going to favor different settings as optimal. Every individual setup is going to be different and you need to take things one step at a time until you find the plateau for your CPU and hardware.

Different memory, different motherboard, different powers supply, different CPU, all will make things somewhat individualized for your best overclock.

I'd suggest you read this:

And take it one step at a time, but don't do anything except read and familiarize yourself with the process until you have a good aftermarket cooler. The NH-U14S is a pretty good choice. I have one on my overclocked 6700k, but I have two fans in push pull. One of them is an NF-A14 on the front pushing and the rear fan in pull is an NF-A14 iPPC industrial 2000rpm fan, both of which are Noctua as well. I like the "tone" and characteristics of the NF-A14 fans much better than those of the NF-A15 that comes on that cooler.

The included NF-A15 will work perfectly good for most people though and especially as a starting point until you are able to determine a few things for yourself.
