Overclocking i5 on z77 board

Hi,
I'm wanting to know if it is possible to OC my i5 2310 cpu from 2.9 to 3.2 I have an Asus P8Z775-V Le Plus mobo, 24 gigs of ram, and 2 Nvidia 560 ti's in SLI mode. And if so how to. Thanks

Hey i have a i5 2310 but a asus p8z77-m pro, iv managed to get mine to 3.6ghz, in the bios change the mutiplyer from x30 >> x34, upped the bclk from 100 >> 105-6, turn off the turbo aswell to make it stable. . ohh n i didnt touch the voltage... n only up the bclk by 0.5 at a time as u could kill something. hope that helps!
