Overclocking I7 4770K With Asus Z87 Deluxe/Dual

I would like to help me, to overclock for use 24/7 My I7 4770K With the Asus Z87/Deluxe Dual with 4x4(16) gb Ram / 2.400 Ghz(Certified from Asus Vendor List).(If possible, step by step in bios. (The bios i have at the M/B is the latest 1707 Version)
I would like to reach up to 4.2 or 4.4 Ghz, No more. The Cooling System Is the Corsair H100I (with other fans).

Why aren't you using the 4 Way Optimization that came with your AI Suit 3? What speed are you getting with it?

When i use the Aisuite 3, the max stable i get, is 3.930(with CPU-Z) that i check.
After that, and when (or not), apply to all Cores, i get Blue Screen to my pc.

If you're not getting anything higher is because your system is detecting that higher clock speed conditions aren't being met. Maybe its overheating (or your case is not cool enough). Y

My Case is the Corsair 800D. Empty at all. Temparture at my room, is max 22. cpu is at Idle 21, and at some loads of tests max is 60.

Happy new year. No news from me. I did not manage to reach even 4.00 Ghz. Maybe the last bios or what????
