I recently overclocked my 6700k to 4.7 GHz and set the voltage to Manual mode at 1.285 V in BiOS. In CPU-Z, my voltage will fluctuate from 1.22 V to 1.34 V. At idle it is at about 1.307, 1.309.
My MoBo is the ASUS MAXIMUS VIII HERO

well, I dont know this cpu directly, but this is not new problem I think.

a lot of guys say, that this is normal behavior and its due to power saving features. Not sure about it going over 1.3V, most guys say its bad thing. Still you need someone who did this CPU.
