Its quite simple really, boot to UEFI bios, take note of your current temps and voltage. Bump your cpu core ratio to whatever overclock your looking to achieve, 45 for example, sync all cores so that all cores will achieve the same frequency, change your voltage from auto to manual and enter a comfortable vcore, im running 1.26 but not every processor is the same, you might want to start around 1.29 and work your way down once its stable to find your minimum stable voltage.
You may want to disable your speedstep so that it doesnt fluctuate you core values when not under load also. Save your settings to a profile and boot your pc. Run a reputable stress test for a minimum of 1 hour to see if you get any errors and keep an eye on your...
