Overclocking i7 6820HK

Hello everyone!

I recently bought a new G752VY with i7 6820HK @2.7ghz processor
I want to over clock this to 4.0
As it can be unlocked up to 4.0 I guess...

It would be really helpful
If people can help me out on overclocking this cpu

As I'm needed of more performance in this...

I have googled a lot on unlocking this overclocking setting in bios
But I couldn't find it so please help me out in this so other people can also find it easy to unlock...
My laptop specifications..
ASUS G752VY
I7 6820HK 2.7ghz
GTX 980M 8GB
512GB SSD + 2TB HDD
64GB RAM
Windows 10


I want to overclock this because I still find some drops of fps while playing high end games like syndicat and witcher 3

4.0GHz has been done. You can use Intel XTU. Don't expect too much though - I'm sure you realize that laptops have cooling capacities that are far lower than desktops.

Could you please provide me a guide on OC'ing as I'm not so deep into overclocking...

Google is your friend

But I will say this - it's a laptop and you have no way of controlling heat, so do not touch the voltage. Just raise the multiplier until it's no longer stable.

Probably not much higher than stock.
