overclocking i7 8700k on asus rog strix z370 H-E-F Motherboards?

overclocking on z370 asus strix H , E OR F motherboards good? or shud i go for msi or aorus?

and i have H110i GTX with LGA 1151 support which i purchased when i had fx 8350 but i have intel socket ring to attach on the cooler? will it work?

it will do just fine with pretty much all brands, probably only really slight difference. yes, you can re use the h110i if you have the lga 1151 mounting

you are rarely limited by the motherboard itself. you will run into heat issues well before your motherboard is a concern
