Overclocking i7 8700k onboard graphics

Two weeks ago I finished building my first rig but I'm still missing a GPU since I decided to wait for either a good 1080 deal or the rtx 2070(with a reasonable price tag, which currently looks unlikely to happen)
In the meantime I rely on the onboard graphics of my i7 8700k to play less demanding games like lol or overwatch. While the performance is alright I would like to improve it if possible. I read several threads that said that overclocking the onboard graphics is possible, but I couldnt find any further information on the topic. My question is what do I have to do to get the best performance on the onboard graphics?

2TB HDD
ASUS STRIX Z370-E Gaming M/B

Thanks for the link, but I still have some problems.
The thread suggested that I should do the overclock with the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, but I just can't seem to be able to increase the performance a lot. When I change the ratio limit from 12 to 14 the system just crashes once I open a game and increasing the voltage doesnt help at all(set it to 1.3 without any different result)

You have to increase System agent voltage/VCCSA too. Also, change your ratio one at a time.

All in all, overclocking iGPU can cause a headache. If you're not in a hurry, just wait for the GPU.

Is your power settings for windows set to high performance? Also overclocking your memory would help you too.
