Overclocking i7920 in gigabyte ex 58 ud 3r

what are the best settings for this aiming at 3.4 to 4 ghz. with 6 gb ocz ddr3.ram. and good coling.

what is the speed of the RAM?

I run my i7 920 @ 4.1 GHz (vcore 1.375)

but I suggest using turbo mode and setting the Base clock to 190 and setting the vcore to 1.375 (since you say you have good cooling), and set the Qpi to 1.3 (but if it doesn't boot slowly raise it one step) I run mine @ 1.4 volts but I have a big heatsink for the north board (the heatsink just below the proccesor if you didn't know)
