Overclocking Intel Core i3 Cpu

Is there any 4th gen core i3 cpu that can be overclocked???

No. Since at least sandy bridge there hasn't been an overclockable CPU under i5

But someone on tomshardware says he has 4th gen core i3 @4.2ghz in his Setup info

The only Overclockable Core i3 belongs to Intel's 1st gen core cpu's.
4th gen Core i3 are obviously NOT Overclockable.I myself have i3 4130 and its not and cant be overclocked
