so... I have Lenovo Y50-70
with Intel Core i7-4710HQ, and I want to overclock it (if its possible)
I never overclock a processor before, so I need some guide for overclocking,
and...
does overclocking a Laptop is safe ??

Laptops have no, or almost no, thermal overhead. If you try, you may overheat your CPU.

That is a locked chip, so only BCLK overclocking is available, it won't give you much, and my cause problems.

I would not recommend trying this.
