Overclocking Intel E5800

I have an Intel Pentium E5800 Dual-Core @3.20 GHz here. Using a stock heat sink fan, how much power can i get when I overclock it? Im a bit newbie here Thanks ..

I saw a CPU voltage on the bios, u mean I can get 3.4~6 GHz from the stock hsf? Btw, my mboard is ASRock G41M-GS3
