Overclocking Intel i3 - 530@ 2.93Ghz Help!

So I was planning on overclocking my cpu to 3.3Ghz, but I'm afraid that it may boost the temperature and damage the Motherboard. Anyway, I know how to to overclock and it's in the bios. Here are the Specs:

Intel i3 530@2.93Ghz
PowerColor HD 6770 @ 700 Mhz OC'd to 720 Mhz
ASRock H55M-LE
ACBel CE2 500-550W
4GB RAM
1TB Seagate

Please respond immediately! I need to know if it may damage any of the computer parts.

An OC that small shouldn't hurt anything. Assuming your motherboard can OC. As long as the temps stay low and your don't up the voltage you should be fine.

Are you using an aftermarket CPU cooler? if not then i would'nt really recommend overclocking.
But other then that it look's fine, just be careful and take it slow.

My Computer Case is Aerocool PGS-V V3 (Advanced). I see 4 fans, the one in the processor, video card, the one in the side and the one just above the video card with the brand Aerocool.

I'm currently using the stock cooler of the i3 - 530. So here's how it looks:

The average temperature, according to Speccy™(Piriform) is 47-49°C at 2-7 CPU Usage which spikes at 45 everytime I open task manager. at. So I think I should worry about this.

Personally i would'nt even attempt to overclock on a stock cooler.
You could maybe squeeze alittle out of it, but it may get pretty hot

I think so, because I'm currently playing Far Cry 3 at 1920x1080 Medium with 66 Processes of 74%Physical Memory at 68% CPU Usage and it hits 88-95 °C. So will anyone recommend me a good aftermarket CPU cooler for overclcking?

? I know its a stock cooler, but they shouldn't be that high. Are you sure its on correctly?

General default cooler is the Hyper 212+. Good performance for ~$30.
